ByteDance’s New TikTok CEO to Focus on Music, Gaming

Business Insider: Kevin Mayer, the new CEO of TikTok, plans to lean into music and gaming when he takes the helm at the fast-growing social-video app on June 1. In addition to growing TikTok’s core video business, he will be looking at “closely related businesses that are large.”
