Torstar, Owner of Toronto Star, Agrees to $52 Million Sale Deal

Toronto Star: Torstar, the publisher of the Toronto Star and other newspapers in Ontario, has agreed to be sold to a company run by entrepreneurs Jordan Bitove and Paul Rivett, in a deal worth roughly $52 million. The Toronto Star is Canada’s largest daily newspaper.
