Lupa Systems, from Murdoch, Wins OK for Stake in MCH

Art Net: Shareholders of Art Basel’s parent company, MCH Group, have agreed to a much-discussed cash infusion from James Murdoch. The proposed investment, about $80 million, will make Murdoch the Swiss company’s new “anchor shareholder.”
