IAC’s Dotdash Acquires Two Digital Publishers in Food

Axios: Dotdash, the IAC-owned digital publishing company that grew from About.com, has acquired two new digital publishers, Simply Recipes and Serious Eats. The acquisitions make Dotdash one of the biggest digital food and beverage publishers.
