Variety: Pastry chef and online personality Claire Saffitz has announced that she is no longer working with Bon Appétit magazine. Saffitz, who became an internet sensation as the host of the “Gourmet Makes” series on Bon Appétit’s YouTube channel, says: “I’m going to do my own thing.”
