Hearst’s Elle Places Kamala Harris on November Cover

Daily News:  Kamala Harris is the cover star of the November issue of Elle, the magazine announced Tuesday — just four weeks before the Nov. 3 election, and a day before the much-anticipated vice-presidential debate in Salt Lake City.
