Apple, Google, Facebook Offer Hope to Manhattan

New York Post: In the last few years, Google, Disney, Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Microsoft have all leased office spaces and are expanding in New York City. Disney and Google are building new headquarters within the city in Hudson Square. Meanwhile, Apple leased and then expanded offices at 11 Penn Plaza for the next six years while it seeks a permanent and larger home.
