Baltimore Business Journal: AOL has finalized its acquisition of mobile advertising firm Millennial Media. Under the $250 million deal, Millennial will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL and Millennial stock will no longer be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The planned acquisition was first announced in September. Nine Millennial executives, including COO Ernie Cormier and president of platform Matthew Gillis, will take on leadership roles with AOL Platforms in technology, sales, produce and operations. An additional 14 positions are being eliminated.
