Forbes.com: In two separate deals this week, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. said it is buying VCCircle Network, a set of digital properties focused on the venture capital industry in India, as well as the well-known film magazine Screen. The deals mark News Corp.’s return to India’s digital media space where it ran the portal Indya.com and the auction website Baazee over a decade ago. The new investments come even as News Corp.’s advertising revenues from conventional media businesses globally declined.
