Digital Book World: HarperCollins has announced its acquisition of The Midlist, a daily email newsletter that features ebook deals, from Libboo. The newsletter will merge with HarperCollins’ own newsletter platform, Bookperk, which delivers deals and other offers to its million plus subscribers in the U.S and the U.K. via newsletters and an app on iOS and Android.
