Time Warner, KKR to Become New Neighbors

New York Post: KKR will move its headquarters to 30 Hudson Yards, the 90-story tower being developed by Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group. The investment giant will leave 9 West 57th Street for 334,000 square feet in the top 10 floors of the new skyscraper. Like Time Warner, which is also moving its offices to the tower, KKR will own its floors as a commercial condominium. Time Warner will have 1.5 million square feet in the building.
