Google Unveils Meetup App Called ‘Who’s Down’

9to5Google: Google has quietly released a new app on the Play Store called “Who’s Down.” The app apparently lets users see which of their friends are free to hang out. Currently, the app is invite-only. Its main functionality seems to be a quick-to-access toggle switch, letting friends know if you’re free. Sliding the switch makes you available for three hours.
