New York Post: Vice Media has tapped filmmaker Spike Jonze to be creative director of its upcoming lifestyle cable channel set to debut early next year. Vice is partnering with A&E Networks to launch the channel with the working name of Viceland. Jonze, who created MTV’s “Jackass“ and the Oscar-nominated “Her,” is long-time pals with Vice CEO Shane Smith.
