Daily News: Google will anchor a $350 million redevelopment project at Manhattan’s long-shuttered Pier 57. The historic Hudson River site in the Meatpacking District will include office, retail and cultural space, with Google expected to lease 250,000 square feet in the new site. An 80,000-square-foot public park will provide a new outdoor venue for the Tribeca Film Festival.
