New York Times: Philippe Dauman has a new conflict: He now influences whether Sumner Redstone lives or dies. As the “sole agent” for Redstone’s advanced health care directive, Dauman has the power “to act as his health care agent should Redstone’s primary physician determine that Redstone is no longer able to make his own health care decisions.”
