Discovery Among Few Cable Channels to Boost Ratings

Wall Street Journal: It was a tough year for the nation’s top cable networks. Among the top 10 cable networks in terms of prime-time viewers, only Fox News Channel, HGTV and Discovery Channel are on track to finish 2015 on an upswing. Discovery is coming off one of its strongest years ever thanks to the latest version of “Naked and Afraid” as well as “Gold Rush” and “Alaskan Bush People.”
