WWD: Conde Nast’s cafeteria has taken a few hits since it opened in recent months. It recently got a two-star review from the Daily News, which pooh-poohed the subpar cuisine. So it came as a pleasant surprise to former Hearst employees now working at Conde when they spotted a familiar face — namely the star sushi chef from their old cafeteria in the Hearst Tower working his magic at the sushi station.
