Tribune Appoints Publishers at Baltimore, Hartford

Talking New Media: Tribune Publishing has named  Rick Daniels, its publisher in Hartford, as the new publisher at the Baltimore Sun. Tom Wiley, formerly with Digital First Media, will replace Daniels as publisher at the Hartford Courant. Both execs have lengthy resumes in the newspaper or consulting business.
