SiliconANGLE: BuzzFeed has acquired animated gif app maker GoPop for an undisclosed price. San Francisco-based GoPop offers an IOS app that allows users to blend multiple images into an animated gif, or what the company calls “a Pop.” GoPop employees will work on BuzzFeed’s mobile team.
