Rodale Slashes 40 Jobs in Cost Cutting at Publisher

Morning Call: Rodale announced it is eliminating 40 jobs — the latest in a series of cost-cutting moves at the publisher. The move amounts to less than 1 percent of the workforce at Rodale, which publishes magazines Prevention, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World and other titles. Rodale said it made the “very painful but strategic decision to eliminate the positions across various departments.”
