New York Post: Time Warner has made it easier for long-time shareholders to nominate someone to its board. The media giant has enacted a rule that allows any shareholder, or group of shareholders, that “has owned 3 percent or more of [Time Warner stock] continuously for three years” to include board nominees on the company’s annual proxy statement.
