Philadelphia Inquirer: Comcast is pushing back against online streamers and winning some of the battle. The cable giant disclosed in its fourth-quarter earnings that it had added 89,000 TV subscribers, the largest gain since 2006. The resurgence comes after months of speculation that the growth of Netflix and other streaming services could lead to a swift collapse of the hugely profitable cable-TV business.
