South Florida Business Journal: Telemundo has signed a lease for a newly built international headquarters and TV studio in west Miami-Dade County that’s expected to create hundreds of jobs. The long-term lease is said to be valued at over $400 million. Parent company NBCUniversal is expected to utilize some of the office space for its operations.
