News Corp Buys Stake in Australia’s APN News & Media

Sky News: Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. has bought a 15% stake in newspaper publisher and radio group APN News Media. News Corp. said the Australian and New Zealand media company has a high quality portfolio of assets and is led by a quality management team. APN publishes about 100 newspapers, including many regional Australian mastheads and the New Zealand Herald.
