Wall Street Journal: When it comes to cord-cutting, it is easy to run around screaming that the end is nigh for pay TV. What may be harder is to walk that back a bit. The rate of decline in pay-TV subscriptions slowed in the fourth quarter of 2015 to 0.6 percent year over year, according to estimates by MoffettNathanson. That was down from a 0.7 percent decline in the third quarter.
