St. Louis Business Journal: American City Business Journals has sold its stake in the Sporting News, a sports publication that was founded in in 1886. American City Business Journals CEO Whitney Shaw said in an email to employees that the company sold its remaining interest in the publication to London’s Perform Group, a company ACBJ partnered with in 2013 to create Perform Sporting News, a joint venture North American sports media company.
