Comcast to Face Lawsuit After Dropping NBC Affiliate

Boston Herald: WHDH Channel 7 owner Ed Ansin said he is confident he will win his lawsuit to keep his NBC affiliation, but he vowed to go it alone — without layoffs — if the court action fails. The Boston TV station filed a federal lawsuit against Comcast — two months after its NBC subsidiary announced plans to end its two-decade affiliation with WHDH. The suits alleges Comcast, which owns NBC, engaged in deceptive business practices.
