Crain’s Chicago Business: Tribune Publishing, the newspaper company now led by chairman Michael Ferro, has added three new directors to its board, including an investment banker who works with former Chicago mayor Richard Daley and specializes in U.S.-China deals. The new members include Donald Tang, 52, the former Bear Stearns banker; Carol Crenshaw, 59, who is chief financial officer at the Chicago Community Trust; and Richard Reck, 66, a former KPMG accountant who retired from that firm in 2002.
