WWD: Longtime Time Inc. exec Jay Meyer has left the company after 19 years, according to a memo circulated by executive vice president Evelyn Webster. Meyer, who served as publisher of Travel + Leisure for four years, has been succeeded by Food & Wine associate publisher Joseph Messer. He will report to SVP and publishing director Steven DeLuca.
