Bloomberg: Univision, the largest Spanish-language broadcaster in the U.S., is said to be aiming for the second half of the year for its initial public offering that could raise as much as $1 billion. The New York-based company reportedly is waiting for better market conditions to sell its shares to the public. Univision would hold the IPO, first announced in July, if it expects its market value to surpass $6.5 billion for the offering.
