Reuters: The trial over media mogul Sumner Redstone’s advance healthcare directive should be open to the public, a California judge tentatively ruled in a lawsuit brought by an ex-girlfriend. But although Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cowan ruled that the public has a right to view the proceedings in a trial that will revolve around the mental competency of the 92-year-old billionaire, Cowan said some testimony could be shielded from the public.
