New York Post: Sumner Redstone’s ex-girlfriend is suddenly hanging by her fingernails in a wild grope for control over the ailing media mogul. Lawyers for Manuela Herzer — repeatedly called a “f- -king bitch” by 92-year-old Redstone in explosive videotaped testimony — scrambled over the weekend to persuade a judge to hear out her case. Judge David Cowan warned lawyers for 51-year-old Herzer on Friday he would take the weekend to weigh whether to dismiss her suit over his mental capacity. “Your burden is now a hard one.”
