Twitter Invests $10 Million in New Fund from Betaworks

TechCrunch: Twitter is said to be investing at least $10 million in a new fund coming out of Betaworks. In the past, Betaworks has focused on smaller seed investments and has stayed away from outsized funds. Another previous one, for example, was $8 million. There’s already a connection between Betaworks and Twitter. Betaworks previously invested in two companies that were acquired by Twitter: TweetDeck and Summize.
