Press Gazette: The Sun said the UK Supreme Court has created a “cheaters’ charter” by saying there was no public interest in its revelations about a celebrity’s extra-marital threesome. Last week it upheld an injunction brought by the individual stopping anyone in England and Wales revealing his sexual encounter with another couple. In response, the Sun published nine “classic Sun stories” which it said “we would not longer be able to publish” under the ruling.
