The Economist’s Roll Call Loses Columnist to Website

Politico: Longtime political analyst and columnist Stu Rothenberg is ending his relationship with Roll Call after 24 years. Rothenberg, who is the founding editor and publisher of the Rothenberg & Gonzales Political Report, said that he could no longer continue writing for Roll Call because of the paper’s change in coverage. “I have been increasingly unhappy with Roll Call’s coverage, believing that they are chasing the story of the day, especially Trump.”
