Hearst Takes Majority Stake in Tech Firm MedHOK

Tampa Bay Business Journal: Hearst has an agreement to buy a majority stake in MedHOK, one of the fastest-growing companies in Tampa Bay and in the United States. The software-as-a-service firm provides a way for insurance companies, health systems and companies that administer drug benefits to handle their health plans.
