Philadelphia Inquirer: Comcast’s Brian Roberts and other top highly paid CEOs in the cable- and satellite-TV industries won’t have to a face a Senate grilling over woeful pay-TV customer service. The Senate subcommittee investigating cable service and billing released its witness list for next Thursday’s hearing on Capital Hill and the ranking Comcast exec on it was senior VP of customer service Tom Karinshak.
