Wall Street Journal: Viacom shareholders have long wished for new management for the media company. As that gets closer to happening, some investors and analysts have a grander wish — that Viacom merges back with CBS. The must-have nature of CBS’s broadcast network could give Viacom’s channels more leverage. A reunion could also make financial sense.
