Eldridge’s Dick Clark Prods Attracts Buyer Interest

Reuters: Eldridge Industries, the U.S. owner of TV production company Dick Clark Productions and magazines Billboard and the Hollywood Reporter, said that it had hired investment banks to carry out a review of its media holdings. Sources said that Dick Clark Productions, the producer of live television events such as the Golden Globes and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest,” had attracted acquisition interest.
