Twitter Names Former Facebook Tech Officer to Board

CNET: Twitter is adding ex-Facebook chief technology officer Bret Taylor to its ever-changing board of directors. The consumer-savvy Taylor, who is also the founder and CEO of Quip, a business software startup, joins the board immediately. Taylor becomes Twitter’s fourth new board member since April.
