Dish’s Ergen to Return as CEO; Clayton to Retire

Reuters: Dish Network, the second-largest U.S. satellite TV company, said founder and chairman Charlie Ergen would step in as CEO when Joe Clayton retires on March 31. Clayton, 65, joined Dish in 2011 after Ergen, 61, stepped down from the CEO role, a job he held for more than a decade. Ergen stayed on as chairman.
