Financial Times: Starz, the premium U.S. cable network, is making its international debut this week with a subscription online video service in the Middle East, where it is seeking to attract the fast-growing population of young viewers who connect through mobile devices. Starz Play Arabia, which launches in 17 countries on April 2, will carry Starz programming along with television shows and films from partners including Disney, CBS, Warner Bros. and Shine.
