Liberty CEO’s Takeover Offer Turned Down by Pandora

MarketWatch: Liberty Media CEO Greg Maffei, whose company controls satellite radio giant Sirius XM, in recent months floated an offer to internet radio company Pandora Media for roughly $15 a share, according to sources. Maffei’s bid appeared to be “a fishing expedition.” Pandora’s board rebuffed the advance.
