Amazon, Facebook Surpass Exxon Mobil in Market Value

USA Today: Amazon and Facebook continued to rise up the world’s most valuable companies list on Friday, passing Exxon Mobil in market cap. At the beginning of trading the retail giant and social networking behemoth quickly jumped ahead of Exxon, which was down following disappointing earnings. Exxon picked up later in the day and closed above Facebook and Amazon.
