Viacom CEO Dauman Ousted in Settlement with Redstones

TheWrap: Philippe Dauman will be ousted as CEO of Viacom this evening, following a meeting of the media company’s board that ended a multi-pronged legal battle with founder Sumner Redstone and his daughter, Shari Redstone. Viacom’s board has approved installing COO Thomas Dooley as interim chief executive.
