Nashville Business Journal: The Tennessean announced that its property in downtown Nashville is officially for sale — putting the newsroom and its business operation up for grabs as a candidate to lease downtown office space or kick off a new building. Parent Gannett owns about 10 acres anchored at 1100 Broadway.
