Viacom’s New Board to Face Host of Proposals, Decisions

New York Post: Viacom’s new board members will be cracking the whip like a “Ben-Hur” chariot rider this week as they seek to get up to speed on the broken business and some very pressing decisions. Sources say there will be several board meetings in the next few weeks to consider a host of proposals.
