IAC Diller-Funded New York City Park Gets Court Go-Ahead

Crain’s New York Business: A panel of judges has dismissed a lawsuit against Pier55, the proposed park along the Hudson River funded by media mogul Barry Diller and fashion exec Diane von Furstenberg. “We are grateful for the court’s decision and are pleased to be back on our fall construction schedule, which will make Pier55 a reality for all New Yorkers.”
