Emmis in ‘Serious Talks’ with Buyer for Texas Monthly Mag

New York Post: Emmis thinks it has found a buyer for Texas Monthly. “We’re in serious talks with one buyer,” CEO Jeff Smulyan said. The radio station operator put Texas Monthly and four other regional titles on the block in August. Talks are not nearly as far along to sell off Emmis’ only AM station, WLIB in New York City.
