Disney’s ESPN Recasts ‘SportsCenter’ for Younger Viewers

New York Post: ESPN announced a makeover for the 6 p.m. edition of “SportsCenter,” signing veteran employees Michael Smith and Jemele Hill to multiyear deals to serve as co-hosts of the prime-time show. ESPN is banking on Smith and Hill’s conversational style giving the show more personality to make it more appealing to younger generations.
